Hi, and welcome to my little professional corner of the internet. I am a Senior Technical Analyst with over six years of enterprise support experience managing a client of around 5000 users. I have extensive experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Windows 10/11, iOS, and Microsofts identity suite Entra and Intune. I have also worked with data platforms such as Tableau, APEX, and Power BI in support of business operations for my client base.
Outside of work I am constantly building and tinkering with my home lab and using it to learn new skills and technologies. Some technologies I am particularly interested in would be identity and access management, infrastructure, and zero trust security systems. I am also a huge proponent of AI.
When I am not neck deep in computer parts I am an enjoyer of the fine arts, and I am especially fond of piano music. Sergei Rachmaninoff is my favourite composer. I also enjoy reading and cooking.

NovaStation is my modular AI-smart home project with multiple voice activated assistants that handle various services such as media, music, security, et al. I believe in the human benefits of AI, and NovaStation is where I seek to make that a reality. It also doubles as my learning platform for all things AI, network, infrastructure, security, et al. I have a personal Windows 2022 Server edition Home Lab that I run virtualised on my main Windows computer. I use this for experimenting and learning about topics like DNS, Group Policy, Active Directory, Domain Policy, etc.
